What would you do if switching off the lights is NOT an option??

I support energy conservation. I support Earth Hour. 

But... what do you do when switching off the lights is NOT an option?

Power consumption of standard 4ft fluorescent tube lamp = 48W

Power consumption of 4ft Save It Easy INSPIRE T5 set  = 25W

Every 125 minutes of operation with Save It Easy INSPIRE T5 yields the same savings as switching off standard lamps for 1 hour. 

So, what would you do if switching off the lights is NOT an option?
