It was not easy to shoot this dessert. Both the glutinous rice ball and black sesame paste are food items that are soft, viscous or, in the case of the glutinous rice ball with peanut filling, a combination of both. Much is needed to produce a photo without undesirable changes to their appearance, e.g., flattened rice ball.
