Home Kitchen - Pan-seared Coloured Abalone with Bonito Vinegarette

I came across a live seafood market selling these lovely coloured abalones. It is too great a temptation to pass up and even though I have not cooked them before, I promptly bought some and pondered hard over how I shall prepare them.
