Home Kitchen - Beer-Battered Fish & Chips

I've never really been a fan of deep-fried dishes but simply had to cave in to the missus' birthday request for her favourite Aussie-style fish & chips.

This recipe is suprisingly enduringly endearing! We only managed to sit down and savour it one hour after it was ready and it was still crispy! Yummy!

Now, all I've got to do is to try out different types of fishes and different beers for the batter. I think I'd start with the latter! Hah!
